I came into my career through Human Resources, but somewhere along the way I realized the work I loved most was much bigger than HR.
It was helping founders figure out what their company needed next.
It was building systems where none existed.
It was coaching leaders through hard decisions.
It was helping a team survive rapid growth.
It was connecting people strategy to the actual business.
And eventually it became asking those same questions about communities. How do you create opportunity? How do you build systems people can access? How do you bring organizations with different priorities to the same table? How do you turn a big idea into something that actually works?
That's the work I've built my career around.
